摘要

Intermittent pneumatic compression of the foot and calf proved to be an effective, complication-free, and well-favored method for improving the walking capacity, the pressure indices, and the quality of life of patients with arterial claudication. These clinical benefits were maintained 1 year after cessation of treatment.
